Solution

Leveraged Laravel for rapid backend development, integrated a custom CMS for instant content delivery, and built modular React components for UI/UX. Used Docker for streamlined deployment, optimized images and code splitting for fast page loads, and implemented secure admin/recruiter flows for applicant management.
